Female to Male underwear. This brief is extremely comfortable to wear but has a great solution to hold a packer in place. On the inside there is a hole where you can put your packer through to keep it in place. If you find your packer is too small for the hole, just a couple of stitches at the top and bottom of the hole, will make it smaller, this will help hold the packer in place. It is made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex. They do come up small, so look at the next size up when ordering. Please note, in black, we only have this in a Medium and Large.
