Return policies

Wigs

We offer a 14 day return on all our wigs except styled wigs (please see notes below). All wigs must be returned in the original state that you receive it in. This is because wigs are considered as a personal item and once it’s been worn we are unable to resell it. If there are any signs of wear including signs of make up, glues, hairsprays, any odours such as perfume, smoke, perspiration, cooking or if the lace has been damaged in any way we will not under any circumstances be able to offer a full refund. If you need to return it, please email us first to let us know. If you send it back without informing us we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange. If we find once we have received the wig that it’s not in it’s original condition, we will ask if you would like it to be returned to you at your expense or dispose of it for you. If the wig is in its original state we will offer you a full refund, exchange or store credit note. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you choose a service that requires a signature on delivery as we won’t be able to start the refund process until we have received the item.

If, when you first receive the wig, it is damaged you must send us photographic evidence within 48 hours, we will then ask you to return it to us. We will then inspect it before issuing you with either an exchange or refund. If you contact us after 48 hours this may affect the process.

Unfortunately we can not offer any refund on styled or custom styled wigs.

Make-up

Due to it being classed as a personal hygiene product, we can not accept any returns on make up. If on receiving your product, it is damaged, you must send us photographic evidence within 48 hours. We will then ask you to return it to us. We will then inspect it before issuing either a refund or exchange. If you contact us after 48 hours of receiving it we may not be able to offer a full refund.

Jewellery

If returning an item of jewellery it must be in its original state and returned in 14 days. If there are any signs that it has been worn, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. This will include any signs of make up, hairspray or glue. If an item is returned and is not in its original state we will offer to return it to you at your expense. If the item is returned in its original state we will offer you a full refund or exchange. Please contact us first, before posting any item back, failing to do this may affect your refund. Shoes

If returning a pair of shoes, they must be returned within 7 days and in their original state. Shoes that show signs of any wear, will not qualify for a credit note. The shoes must not have any scuffed soles or show signs of any kind that they have been worn. They must be returned in their original box and packaging. If you are returning a pair of shoes, please email us first before sending them. Once we have received them, if there are signs that they have been worn we will not be able to offer you a credit note. We will offer to return them to you at your expense. When returning an item we recommend that you use a delivery company that requires a signature, as we will not be able to start the process until we are in the possession of the item. If, when you first receive your shoes, they are damaged, you must send us photographic evidence within 48 hours. We will then ask you to return the item and will inspect it before issuing  you either a refund or a credit note. If you contact us after 48 hours of receiving them, we may not be able to offer a full refund.

Underwear/Body Shaping

As underwear and body shaping items are considered as personal items, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refund or exchange. If, when you receive an item it is damaged you must send us photographic evidence within 48 hours. We will then ask you to return it to us and we will inspect it before offering a refund or exchange. If you contact after 48 hours we may not be able to offer a full refund.

Any other Product.

Any other item that is not mentioned above must be returned within 14 days and in its original state. If the item shows signs of wear or use we may not be able to offer a full refund. Please contact us first before sending any items back, failing to do this may affect your refund. When returning an item we recommend that you use a delivery company that requires a signature, as we will not be able to start the refund process until we are in the possession of the item. If, when we receive the item back it shows signs of use, we will offer to send it back to you at your expense or dispose of it for you.
